About the Role

    We are looking for Sales-savvy business professionals who know Salesforce Services Sales inside and out. The Account Executive (AE) is a leader at Platinum River INNOVATIONS and is paramount to business success. On behalf of Platinum River INNOVATIONS, the AE is the expert for positioning our Services & Solutions to our Partners and Prospects.

    On a day-to-day basis, the AE is responsible for owning the overall business strategy within their assigned territory focusing on client acquisition. This includes establishing and managing key partner relationships, identifying & executing joint go to market events, and working with our partners to secure new clients throughout the sales process. The AE will leverage other internal resources to perform solution & engagement discovery sessions.. The AE will lead any pricing negotiations and contracting motions with the prospect. After securing a new client, the AE will transition client ownership to the Professional Services Team for Client Retention.

    Responsibilities:
    - Establish, Maintain, Readout, and Secure approval on Quarterly & Monthly Business Reviews.
    - Direct investment in go to market events to increase new prospect count.
    - Work with Partners and Prospects to efficiently Qualify sales opportunities.
    - Request internal resources for industry, solution & engagement expertise to increase relevance with Partners and Prospects.
    - Establish Opportunity boundaries to increase win percentage into the Discovery/Solutioning process.
    - Establish mastery in communicating our value proposition to the market for both our services and priced Accelerators/products.
    - Lead the proposal alignment & contracting processes.
    - Transition the client relationship to the Engagement team & client ownership to the Engagement Manager.
    - Demonstrate ability to develop the territory & exceed quota.
    - Territory will focus on Mid-Market and extend into both the Growth Business & the General Business segments with a Quota of $1.5M/year. The commission structure is uncapped and contains accelerators.

Requirements

Competencies:

  • Demonstrated command of common sales methodologies is required.

  • Ability to create a business plan for production from assigned Territories

  • Ability to identify prospect’s business challenges & introduce high level solution approaches.

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills with a focus on being clear and concise.

  • Excellent client and team leadership.

  • Ability to follow and extend legal templates to complete contracting.

Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Solution Sales.

  • 2+ years working with Financial Services Organizations, Insurance/Wealth preferred

  • Consulting or Service Industry Experience preferred

  • Bachelor's degree is required

  • Ability to travel to client site (if needed)

  • Ability to travel to company/industry events (if needed)
