Implementation efforts can be difficult to quantify success. Most frequently the implementation team can agree the implementation is either done or not done, however, no one starts an implementation for the sole sake of completing the implementation. Rather, implementations exist for an outcome and most implementations don’t exist within a measurement framework that can establish a baseline, measure toward intended outcomes, and adjust over time to maximize the implementation’s impact.
At the start of every implementation, we take a Success Measurement of how you will determine the value of the implementation. Usually, the success measurement is a KPI, a savings of time and money, or efficiency driver. At the end of the implementation, we do a Success Readout to celebrate the tangible results and outcomes.
