Introducing the PRI Household Management Accelerator.


We've heard from our clients that Householding should be streamlined, extend across Salesforce Product, and include basic management functions like creation, marriage, and divorce.


The PRI Household Management Accelerator offers these capabilities and scales with your Salesforce license level.


For Sales Cloud implementations, the Accelerator introduces Householding that mirror's Agentforce Financial Services' data model. This is critical to lower the effort for future upgrades, ensure maximum compatibility with AppExchange Solutions, and minimize training costs for new team members. The Accelerator also leverages Flows to create a guided wizard like data capture experience designed to create consistency in your data, reduce the number of screens required, and ultimately reduces the data capture time by over half.


For Agentforce Financial Services (formerly Financial Services Cloud) implementations, the marriage, divorce, and child age-out functions extend into the Financial Account records and rollups. This ensures the Financial Accounts move with the PersonAccounts that have an ownership position. Because the solution is based in Flow, its easily extensible for common business use cases like varying ages for child age out scenarios by product, Jointly owned Accounts creating Cases to process the ownership change during a Divorce, or adding Email or SMS to congratulate the successful merging of households after a marriage.


For Financial Services Cloud - Agentforce1, we've expanded the capabilities to include an Agentic Layer providing the ability to interact with the flows via natural language including voice. The natural language interface will prompt the user if key information is missing via a gpt like format. This Agent sits on top of the aforementioned Flows, maximizing reuse.


Both the Flows and Agentic interfaces can be used for internal users via the referenced Salesforce products, external users via Experience Cloud, and Mobile. This solution can be used to improve operational efficiency in Sales driving additional capacity for growth, or Service providing reductions in operating costs.
