Platinum River Innovations was started with the desire to put our clients first.  By rebuilding the consulting engagement models based on Industry Specialization, Value Centered Delivery and Continuous Innovation we believe many of the core issues experienced with consulting can be mitigated. 

Industry Specialization. Our lead consultants have years of experience in the Industries in which they specialize, as both clients and consultants.  This experience will minimize our clients training our consultants on common industry specific problems.  Example: Many consultants that know insurance don’t have a command of the various distribution models.  Leveraging tactics from one in another would be detrimental.  In a non-captive, relationship centric distribution model, it is quite harmful to implement a full self-service standalone portal.  Yet at the same time, that tactic is typically required in direct distribution models.  

Value Centered Delivery.  Implementation efforts can be difficult to quantify success.  Most frequently the implementation team can agree the implementation is either done or not done, however, no one commissions an implementation for the sole sake of completing the implementation.  Rather implementations are commissioned for an outcome and most implementations don’t exist within a measurement framework that can establish a baseline, measure toward intended outcome, and adjust over time to maximize the implementation’s impact.

Continuous Innovation Framework.  It is common for consultants to become order takers and not proactively think about the client’s business outcomes.  At Platinum River Innovations, we’ve rebuilt the delivery model to bring industry best practices, design and adoption patterns as well as accelerators to deliver more value to our clients through innovation in both the delivery methodology as well as the solutions.
